I can see all it now...

Busted!!!

I came in as the sun came up
She glared at me over her coffee cup
She said where you been, so I thought real hard and said,
I fell asleep in that hammock in the yard
She said you don't know it boy but you just blew it
I said well that's my story and I'm stickin' to it

That's my story, that's my story
Well I ain't got a witness I can't prove it but
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

Well I got that deer in the headlights look
She read my face like the cover of a book, and said
Don't expect me to believe all that static
'Cause just last week I through that hammock in the attic
My skin got so thin you could see right through it
And I started that's my story and I'm stickin' to it

That's my story, that's my story
That's my story, that's my story
Well I ain't got a witness I can't prove it but
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

You know time comes when a wise man knows the best thing
That he can do is just look her up in the eye
And beg for mercy and face the bitter truth

Well honey me and the boys played cards all night
Wasn't no hanky panky not a woman in sight
And I know I shoulda called and baby I'm really sorry
Let's get a cellular phone then you won't have to worry
You know how much I love you and darling I'm ready to prove it
And that's my story and I'm stickin' to it

That's my story, that's my story
That's my story, that's my story
Well I ain't got a witness and you know I can't prove it but
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

You know I ain't gonna do a thing
Unless you approve it and
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it

Certainly is. That's why the old 'why do baggers vote against their own self-interest?' query fails.

They are getting paid in their work to dismantle the commons and do other things liberals or progressives, etc. think are bad. It's their job, they don't give a damn about the big picture. Just like in WW2, Germans who did the dirty work, needed a job. That justifies some of the most outrageous things that humans have ever done. In extremis:

Republicans would use that graph for a completely different purpose.

That graph to them, shows just what is wrong in America today. Barefoot and pregnant is the only jobs program they support. Send all those women home, and the men will magically get all of those jobs.

No need for unemployment benefits if you fire half the workforce, just as the women were sent home from the defense industry as the men returned from WW2.

Domestic tranquility nationwide will be assured!

Do I need a icon?

Use it freely for the above.

They say it's the solution to the problem of unemployment and all other social ills. No kidding. They either never knew, or reject the reasons behind the women's movement. This is what we're up against, folks.

Kicking your thread with the original Indian dance video. No clue what's being said here:

We dodged the bullet in 2008, or this wouldn't be funny now.

Well, she found the right low-life:

She'll always have transportation...

In the insanely hostile environment that Democrats are working in, it's a necessary form of stealth.

Zinn also said this:

To be hopeful in bad times is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage, kindness.

What we choose to emphasize in this complex history will determine our lives. If we see only the worst, it destroys our capacity to do something.

If we remember those times and places—and there are so many—where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us the energy to act, and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction.

And if we do act, in however small a way, we don’t have to wait for some grand Utopian future. The future is an infinite succession of presents, and to live now as we think human beings should live, in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself a marvelous victory.
