http://rt.com/usa/news/detention-amendment-ndaa-rep-599/Even after a federal court deemed the NDAA unconstitutional, the US House of Representatives refused to exclude indefinite detention provisions from the infamous defense spending bill during a vote on Friday.
An attempt to strike down any provisions allowing for the US military to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge from next year’s National Defense Authorization Act was shot down Friday morning in the House of Representatives.
Following discussions on an amendment to the 2013 NDAA that was proposed by Rep. Adam Smith (D-Washington) and Rep. Justin Amash (R-Michigan), House lawmakers opted against passing the law by a vote of 182-238. Had the Smish-Amash amendment passed, military detention for terror suspects captured in the US would have been excluded in the annual defense spending bill. Provisions that allows for that power, Sections 1021 and 1022, were inserted into the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2012. President Barack Obama signed that legislation on New Year’s Eve, essentially authorizing the US Armed Forces to detain Americans indefinitely at military facilities over only allegation of ties with terrorists and subject them to enhanced interrogation tactics on par with torture.

I believe DJ and his fellows because I've heard of the "snatch squads" of NYPD, and because we have evidence of snatches from behind and without warning or identification back here in LA.
Cops depend upon creating tension when they confront their targets. Then, in a tense situation, they grab people from behind, going for the hindbrain's fight-or-flight response, calling it a felony. They definitely did this on March 17 and March 19:

This man tells me the cop smiled after grabbing him and spinning him around.
And this Occupier, who was snatched on March 17, was snatched again on March 19, while he looked completely away from the cop. Occupier turns his head, cop steps forward, grabs:

When someone grabs you from behind, firmly on the arm, wrist, or collar, and you don't know who is doing it or why, what is your response in an already tense situation? Fight or flight? When you turn to see, or instinctively pull away, the cops then call it "challenging an officer" and drop a felony charge on you. If you accidentally touch them, all the worse. Call them out on their sick behavior, creating arrests where there are none!
And call them out on their sick smiles!
The left shotgun is "less-lethal" (the sort which very nearly killed Scott Olsen), and the one on the right is a "normal" shotgun. For no reason other than to create tension and outrage. And they obviously enjoy doing it! Say NO! to sick cops and sick cop tactics against our freedom fighters!
