Cheato is cold!

I didn't hear this because MSNBC wisely muted his diatribe after court. But I read on the twitters that after the jury was picked, he whined about being freezing. Oh noes....someone in his entourage should pack him one of those snuggle blanket things. You know, the ones that are kind of like onesies.

"Rise to the occasion"

That was Andrew Weisman's advice to Judge Juan Merchan. Cheato is openly trying to intimidate the jury. He is using his lackeys on FAUX news to signal to the cult that the jurors are evil. And this is just the beginning. No one thinks it's going to improve without action and two things are at stake: justice and the juror's physical safety.

The time is past for action. Cheato, his minions on FAUX and elsewhere, and the cult can do a lot of damage between now and the hearing that I believe is to be held next week.

OMG! My sides are aching!

The excused juror talking to MSNBC saying that cheato does not look as orange, he looks more "yellow". So funny. Personally, I think he toned down the orange paint because of Lawrence's takedown of him a few nights ago where he showed a picture of him and said this is what the former president does to himself when he wants to look his best. And said that that's what the prospective jurors would be forced to look at in court.

So telling and off putting that the journalist interviewing her is afraid to laugh or even smile when the excused juror said something unflattering about cheato.

Good job, Chris Hayes

Chris said at the beginning of his show that this is not a hush money case. It is an election interference case. The chyron says "criminal trial" instead of the hush money trial that MSNBC has been using all day.

I hope this is signs of things to come, because I have disappointed with MSNBC.s framing.

Apparently, poor cheato feels like the trial's being rushed

Oh no. After delaying it for 7 years, he's getting stressed out. How unfair. What a victim. He's feeling so rushed that he whined about it after court adjourned.

If the judge keeps this up, cheato might get really, really mad.

"The optics of this trial is going to be like pulling back the curtain on the

Wizard of Oz to a decent sized chunk of America." Ron Filipkowski on twitter a couple of minutes ago.

He probably knows of what he speaks. So many Americans either have forgotten or never knew how sleazy this freak is. SOME of them are going to find out. And unlike us, they are not prepared.

Lawrence O'Donnell just made a good point

He said that the courthouse should not be providing a microphone there for cheato to bloviate everyday. He said that cheato won't testify, and there are no cameras in the courthouse so HE is the only participant who gets airtime.

He said that the judge could have forbidden the microphones. Basically, it should be cameras in the courthouse, and the microphones, but not just the microphone.

What do you think?

April 15, 2024

Biased prospective jurors should be dismissed, but

who do you think is more likely to tell the truth? Jurors biased for cheato or against him? Am I the only one who thinks liberals will tell the truth about not being able to be fair, and his cult would have no problem lying?

I know it's the jury system and I believe in it. But it does seem like one side is far more likely to misrepresent their ability to be objective.

Guess what probing question Katy Tur just asked?

She asked if the fact that cheato is falling asleep will inspire empathy in the prospective jurors! She appears to hope that they will feel sorry for him. I certainly have not heard her suggest anything negative about falling asleep, which how most people would react. SUCH A JOKE.

And she asked Andrew Weissman this. That's what she chose to ask a legal expert of his experience.

My God. We're in cray cray town.

Just so in character

To me, cheato's most glaring characteristic has always been childishness. Childish emotions, childish reactions, childish speech, childish mental acuity, childish attention span, childish comprehension, you get the idea.

He is so obviously a three year old wrapped in an old man's body and decorated with orange paint and bright yellow hair dye.

That's why falling asleep in court is so incredibly in character. EXACTLY what a three year old would do. And when court is over, the tantrum will begin.
