There is a food emergency there, and millions face starvation.

The Hadi government is sorta on our side and backed by Saudis and a bunch of locals. Houthis, who are the insurrectionists, also claim to be the true government and are backed primarily by Iran.

It's a mess, obviously, with no easy choices, but my choice, such as it is, is simply to stop the killing and start feeding people.

and he said it sure looks like Russian war crimes, but evidence isn't good enough for trial yet.
