Blue_Tires's JournalKim Jong-nam killing: 'VX nerve agent' found on his face
Source: BBC
Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of North Korea's leader, was killed by a highly toxic nerve agent, says Malaysia.
Mr Kim died last week after two women accosted him briefly in a check-in hall at a Kuala Lumpur airport.
Malaysian toxicology reports indicate he was attacked using VX nerve agent, which is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations. There is widespread suspicion that North Korea was responsible for the attack, which it fiercely denies.
It responded furiously to Malaysia's insistence on conducting a post-mortem examination and has accused Malaysia of having "sinister" purposes.

Florida man claims dog shot his girlfriendJACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man told police that his dog was responsible for shooting his girlfriend while she was sleeping on Tuesday night in Florida.
Jacksonville police responded around 11:25 p.m. to the reported shooting at a home in the 2200 block of Patou Drive.
Brian Murphy told officers that he let his dog, Diesel, outside after the animal woke him up Tuesday night. When they returned to the bedroom, the room was completely dark. Murphy told police that Diesel walked in before him, and that he then saw a flash and heard a bang.
Murphy's girlfriend, Summer Miracle, had been shot in her sleep.
Murphy claimed that "Diesel jumped up on the nightstand, where (Murphy's) gun was sitting, and it went off, shooting Summer in the right leg," according to police.
Miracle told authorities she was asleep when the bullet struck her and that she wasn't sure how she was shot.
She was taken to the hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.

Mom Sends College Student Son Trash in The Mail After He Didn't Take it OutConnor Cox, a student at Westminster College in Pennsylvania, was excited when his mom told him she was sending him some food from their home in Maryland. When he received the two boxes, he was ecstatic that the first box was filled with his favorite goodies.
One big box was full of Pringles, gushers, like anything that you could think of," Cox told InsideEdition.com.
But the second box wasn't quite so sweet.
"The other one was a box full of trash, he said. I was digging through it. I didnt think it was real. I was like what is this? and I realized it was trash and then I gave her a call.
Coxs mom, Terry, told him that that is what he got for not taking the trash out before he left.

Was security guard in "Pokemon Go" killing allowed to be armed? Depends on whom you ask.
Despite the many details that have emerged since 60-year-old Jiansheng Chen was shot and killed by a security guard last month, one remains unclear.
Was the guard allowed to carry a gun that night, or not?
Representatives for the River Walk Community Association and the Chesapeake-based company hired to patrol the River Walk neighborhood where Chens family say he was shot while playing Pokemon Go tell different stories. The association says its contract called specifically for unarmed guards, while the company says it allowed for guns.
Johnathan Cromwell of Virginia Beach has been charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the Jan. 26 killing. His attorney, Emily Munn, said in an email she had not seen the contract but her client absolutely believed he was allowed to carry a weapon as part of his employment.

Pastor says car salesman swiped wife's nude photos from his iPhone, sent them to swingers' site
A year ago, Tim and Claire Gautreaux walked into a car dealership in Grapevine to buy a new Prius. They say the car-buying process was what you'd expect: long and tedious.
But what happened behind the scenes is now the focus of a lawsuit against the dealership and a former sales director, who also faces criminal charges.
Police believe Matthew Luke Thomas, the car sales director, found nude photos of Claire Gautreaux on her husband's phone and forwarded them to an email address for a swingers' website.
Thomas, 44, is charged in Tarrant County with computer security breach, a class B misdemeanor. This week, the Gautreauxs filed suit against Thomas, Texas Toyota of Grapevine and Toyota Motor North America in a Dallas County court, alleging breach of contract, intrusion, negligence and public disclosure of private facts.
Gautreaux had his pre-approved financing document saved on an application on his phone. The salesman who was helping them asked to borrow his phone so he could show the information to his manager...
