GA Appeals Court to review Judge McAfee's ruling that DA Willis is NOT disqualified from Trump case - Glenn Kirschner

The Georgia state Court of Appeals has decided to review Judge Scott McAfee's ruling that DA Fani Willis is not disqualified from prosecuting Trump and his 18 co-conspirators in the Georgia state RICO case.

This video discusses why this development is 1. not unexpected, 2. not good, but 3. not necessarily all that bad. - Glenn Kirschner - 05/08/2024.

The good news is that either party can appeal a ruling to the Georgia Supreme court Barry Markson May 8 #1
And that's TFG's constant option, more appeals and delays. Rhiannon12866 May 8 #2
Were the judges required to grant an appeal hearing? BlueKota May 8 #3

You know Fanni will appeal and adverse ruling as would Trump's lawyers.
In either case it's more delays.

Is there no limit to the amount of Appeals someone is granted, even if becomes obvious the defendant's attorneys are just using it to delay their defendant bring tried in a lower court?

... Justice Matters Unless You Are Poor (UYAP)...Or... Justice Matters If You Are Rich (IYAR)

I love your work, and I want Justice Matters to be true.

We don't know how deep the Republican bullpen is, do we?

I could make a case that Judge McAfee's ruling allowed for DELAY.
Next, we get another delay in today's ruling: the Georgia State Court of Appeals is going to review the case.
That gives us, yes, another DELAY.
Not being a Lawyer, I would have to guess that more DELAYS are possible.

It all adds up to the fact that, at best, none of Trump's espionage/treason cases will be heard until after the election.
The Georgia "RICO" case will likely not be heard until after the election.
If he slips away from the election interference case with a possible hung jury.
The Alvin L. Bragg for falsifying New York business records is falling apart ... maybe.

The real elephant in the court is SCOTUS waiting to rule on presidential immunity, with a possible delay until the end of June.

And let us not let U.S A.G. Merrick Garland off the hook for his unbelievable delay in appointing Jack Smith.

My final point is that the Federalist Society has connections to all of the attorneys who are defending Trump.
This answers the question of how deep the Republican bullpen.... Federalist Society deep.
