The amendment was passed by Congress in 1947, and was ratified by the states on February 27, 1951. The Twenty-Second Amendment says a person can only be elected to be president two times for a total of eight years. It does make it possible for a person to serve up to ten years as president.

Think of all the fences that need mending, and our allies who are ready to leave us over Chump's insults and nastiness. PBO is someone they all love and would warm up to immediately. He would stick it to Putin, MBS and RocketMan in no uncertain terms.

As a running mate Joe Biden would be very smart to choose an awesome woman, and I'm thinking of Kamala or Amy. I have nothing against Liz Warren because she's also great, but I'd rather see a younger woman be chosen.
