do we need an investigation to find out who thought of it first?

the point I'm making is that Bernie has been beating the drum about social security and how to fix it for a long time, long before he ran for president the first time. he was right then, and he is right now. that is all.

Knowing something is one thing. Being a leader is something else. I think the ops own premise really highlights one of Sanders greatest flaws as a career politician. He has never been a leader.
