Sanders had a similar answer, I think.

I like that answer because it gives his opinion, but leaves it to Congress (where that decision belongs). I think it's important that any President recognize the separation of powers. A President has his duties, the House of Rep has its, and Senate has its duties. The Courts have their duties. Separate. Something that Trump hates.

I esp. like the part about how it's hard to take our eyes off the show going on in DC.

But when we're talking about tRump, we're not talking about ourselves, our fellow citizens. And that's when people get fed up with government and start separating from it, sometimes in un-fruitful ways. And that's gotta change.

We must turn the page.

Pete is a smart guy, and genuine. The more I see of him, the more impressed I am. Just contrast his military service to Trump's bluster and cowardice. It is day and night. I would love to see Mayor Pete give Trump a beating in a debate, and then beat Trump thoroughly in the election.

I wish he came down as forcefully as Elizabeth. I still think he will make an amazing President.
