Elizabeth Warren back in the day....

Interesting

https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/04/12/elizabeth-warren-profile-young-republican-2020-president-226613?utm_source=pocket-newtab

Having switched from the Republican party to the Democratic party is nothing to be ashamed of. I was a Republican back in the day when republican stood for thoughtful progress and the Democratic Party was the George Wallace mob.

Now the Democratic Party is the party of FDR and Truman and the republican party is what we called the "Lunatic Fringe" in the late 1960's

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

To think the William F. Buckley/Curtis LeMay "lunatic fringe" of the '60s-era GOP would be pilloried as 'RINOs' by most of today's Republicans.

Well, part of it was. Much of it clearly wasn't. He lost in the primaries on four separate occasions, three as a Democrat and one as an (I) trying to be a spoiler.

has what it takes to be President.

I am not sure the "rust belt states" are ready to vote for any woman for President. I look forward to the debates. I remain, undecided.
