do they pick who they go to ?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

due to a motion for nomination by acclamation. 2nd round and later they are free agents. I will be amazed if Pete's delegates aren't permitted to vote for him for history's sake.
