Good news for Joe Biden in California??

https://www.ksro.com/2020/02/28/sonoma-county-voters-slow-to-return-mail-in-ballots/

If people are slow to return their ballots, were they waiting for SC like so many people to see how Biden would do? All the pundits are saying Joe has no chance in California..

They were so right about South Carolina after all

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

California is NOTORIOUSLY slow at returning results due to their mail-in ballots. If the one state that Sanders is expected to win in a blow-out doesn't return results showing that, how will that affect the narrative? If Sanders wins, but it takes a week or two to declare it, along with the delegate count. By then we're on to Florida where Sanders won't do well again.
And will the Bernie stans on Twitter start screaming conspiracy when the results aren't immediately known?
