1. Because "pro M4A" is a very distant second to "Get Trump out!" for most voters

First order of business: Beat Trump.
Second order of business: hold the House, win the Senate.
(If second and First orders of business can be accomplished simultaneously, great!)
Third order of business: push for progressive agenda, including M4A, thru votes, activism, pressing Congress, etc.
