Thank you Tom Steyer for steadfastly supporting impeachment

Thank you for joining responsible billionaires like Warren Buffett and signing the giving pledge.

Thank you for running a campaign that combined progressive ideals and centrist pragmatism.

I'll be honest enough to admit I figured you'd be out by my primary. I'll now plan on casting my ballot for Elizabeth Warren. I had the privilege to hear her speak at the Iowa State Fair, and while I have my differences with her, I feel she combines progressive idealism and centrist pragmatism.

primary today, I would vote for:

I like Steyer a lot. I didn't think he could win the primary, but I wouldn't have minded if he had.

I think he is a good guy who is trying to do the right thing.

And I agree that the logical "next up" for a Steyer supporter is Elizabeth Warren.

I'll be voting for Biden, btw, the one of two viable candidates for the nomination with the best chance to beat Trump.

Bloomberg will be much more of a factor on Super Tuesday, and I've seen scenarios in which a lot of states have Bernie, Jole, and Mike @ 15% + and basically are splitting delegates 3 ways. I do think we may be working this out at the Convention.

I've had my Florida vote by mail ballot for three weeks but won't turn it in until after Super Tuesday. Our primary date is March 17. I also planned to vote for Steyer if he was still viable. I will switch to Liz- under the same conditions. If Liz is out I'm back to Go.

If Warren is out, my next fallback would be Klobuchar. After that, it's a quandary. Probably Bernie, but that would be subject to change.

Wasn't involved in primary wars, no brawls with the others, no accusations of impropriety, no sniff of campaign corruption, no doctrinaire commitments.

I'm sure Tom Steyer would make a good President.

He learned a hard lesson about campaigns. It is many times harder than you might imagine.

I do see a future for him.in activism,, or even office if he were so inclined.

Too bad he didn't devote 90% to that cause instead of looking backward. The youth won't vote dependably today but if you get them registered and thinking Democratic it locks them up down the road
