Wanted Harris, leaned Klobuchar, voted Biden in FL

As I've said many times here in the GDP forum, Joe is not, and hasn't been my first choice. I have always said this with deep respect for his statesmanship as a fine Democrat, and the love I have for him as a fellow Scrantonian (family lore has it that my mother babysat him before the Bidens moved to DE. It fits the timeline - we all grew up in the same neighborhood, generations apart).

I was all in for Kamala Harris and hurt inside when she dropped out. Then leaned Amy K (I leaned toward a woman and/or POC).

2 weeks ago, we got our FL vote by mail ballots. 2 debates later, both SO and I cast our ballots for Biden. I mailed them in last Monday, well before the SC primary.

I know this is the best choice, if not my first choice, for our party and the country. We need to get the stench of the WH and get this corrupt, racist regime out of our government. We also need to hold on to the House and, please baby Jeebus, win the Senate.

I'm encouraged by the SC results thus far. The base of our party apparently is, once again, saving our bacon.

I stand with them. I'm officially team Biden!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
