Pete coherently summarizes an entire vision for governing in a brief conversation with ordinary people. Considering everything else I have heard him say, or have read of his core message, I'm not sure I have ever been more impressed with a candidate, and I've been around since the presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt!

While I will support any Democratic candidate who wins the nomination, I hope and pray that it will be Pete Buttigieg. He gives me a deep sense of security for the future of our nation. And my best wishes to all of our candidates! We have truly excellent choices in 2020, and I refuse to dismiss any of them out of hand. Period.

Wasn’t this above all what FDR was about - The Four Freedoms - Freedom of speech, of worship, freedom from fear, from want, an Administration that did not ignore American Security in peacetime and saved Democracy in war.

Today’s ‘President’ hates freedom - of speech, of worship - he wants fear, he wants his base hating those who also want a better life.

It encourages me that someone who can remember FDR is impressed by this man. Thank you.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
