From Ana Navarro , anti-Trump Republicans

https://mobile.twitter.com/ananavarro/status/1231620876346544128

My experience here in PA is that lots of R’s really don’t want Trump...but need someone to vote FOR, and that is not, in their view , Mr Sanders.

AH WELL, unless they change their registration, they can’t vote in the primary anyway...
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Not in a closed primary however. Nor can Independents vote D or R in a closed primary.

6. Not really true, some have brains and eyes and know what they are seeing and dislike it.

Our friend who is a retired LT is a Repug (surprise, surprise) who in order to make amends for voting for drumpf and installing a vicious clown will only vote for the Democrat until Rump is out of office because he can't tolerate the traitors who are in charge now. Hopefully there are other repugs who also have brains and eyes - but yeah I know, there aren't a lot of them.

Edit - fixed a grammar issue

A very good friend of mine is a “reasonable” Republican. He wouldn’t vote for Hillary and he won’t vote for Sanders. But he did vote for Kerry in 2004. He didn’t like Bush’s foreign policy and felt Kerry was a palatable alternative. And if given a palatable (to him, I’m not passing judgment on any candidate) alternative to Trump, he would vote Democrat in November.

Just sharing my experience regarding my one Republican friend, who is a good guy, not a wing nut.

8. Untrue. They do vote for Dems in certain unsavory situations.

I once voted for a moderate Republican for schoolboard.

The other candidate was an out and out wingnut, very anti-education.

All the self-respecting ones I know have either switched to D or I or are on long-term hiatus. Otherwise they belong to the cult of Trump.

* Ana, thanks for begrudgingly supporting Hillary in 2016, but STFU till you sort our your priorities. *
