Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Or swap out any one of those for North Carolina or Michigan or Wisconsin for Arizona.

North Carolina looks good for Bernie and so does Michigan and Pennsylvania. Wisconsin will be the toughest, but far from impossible. Arizona is a coin toss. In my opinion, it still leans red, but a passionate Sanders campaign could flip it.

so I'm hoping lots of Dems will come out enthusiastically to vote for him and then vote for the Dem candidate for President too.

It would be nice, don't get me wrong, but we don't need it. In 2012 it was looking like Obama was going to win the election but lose Florida, until the very last day. I remember thinking "I'm probably crazy, but suddenly I'm feeling bullish about Florida again." Wish I had put some money on that, lol. But it was icing on the cake - Obama would have easily won without it both times.

All we need to do is get Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin back. Those were states that not only voted for Obama by healthy margins but voted for Kerry and Gore too. IMO the only reason we lost them was because we didn't see the threat coming and took them for granted.

That said, I am pretty scared and perplexed by the Wisconsin polls we saw earlier this week. I don't get it - Obama won that state by 10 points in 2008. How has it changed so much?

primary today, I would vote for:
