The site leader at Rancho High School didn’t even try to call the results in. He’s just going to drive them over to the state party headquarters.

This is the second precinct level report I've seen on the NYT site.

We know that repukes are going to do whatever they can to interfere but all this does is delay the results. Which, while annoying, doesn't affect the integrity of anything
