Sanders is crushing it right now.

The Culinary Workers union membership seems to have defied their leadership and gone overwhelmingly for Sanders, according to the commentators discussing entrance polling.

The only real question is who will come in second... only fragmentary results in on that so far.

My fingers are crossed and I am hoping Warren can!

If I were to vote in a presidential

The Bernie haters on this site will retool and come up with equally specious arguments. However, this state has put down some of the more egregious fake arguments such as he lost support because in an 8 way field going from 50% to 30%. In Nevada it will go the other way. We also saw in operation one reason that the Culinary Union leaders hit on Bernie (without even naming him) without another candidate endorsement. They would have lost even more face with their membership who know that Bernie supports unions and wouldn't simply take away their health care.

Also the arguments on age and POC have had some of their underpinings cut out at the roots although I expect that the Bernie Haters will keep putting those arguments out as fact.

I do expect "Just wait to South Carolina" because Iowa and NH are lily white even though Nevada is probably the actually one of the most representative state we have.

Anyhow, enjoy a momentary respite while the group that attacks every mention of Bernie finds other reasons to be totally offended by or scared of Bernie. Looks like democrats actually like him.

Then a major reorganization of the field is overdue. So far I’ve had all my chips on Biden but if he can’t even stay above Pete in NV then maybe it’s time to move on. WTF??? Is russia paying thousands and thousands and thousands of people to show up at his rallies, cheering so loud you can't imagine the rafters won't fall...people lined up outside...in places that are supposed to be "conservative" blue areas?

Will Biden come in 2nd and carry a bit of momentum into SC?

Will Buttigieg come in 2nd and, thus, justify staying in the race?

Warren coming in 2nd could have interesting ramifications.

Perhaps the above 3 will all be closely bunched together. Even then, though, narrative matters and finishing 2nd sounds much better than finishing 3rd or 4th. Biden has to be hoping for 2nd.

Barring the unexpected, Klobuchar will need to face the music--and she'd likely endorse Biden if she drops out. I've been saying for a while that it's hard to see where she can win outside of Minnesota.

46. Sanders via NYT: "The intelligence community is telling us
Sat Feb 22, 2020, 08:36 PM
Feb 2020
they are interfering in this campaign right now in 2020,” Mr. Sanders separately told reporters in Bakersfield, Calif., where he held a rally on Friday. “And what I say to Mr. Putin: ‘If elected president, trust me, you are not going to be interfering in American elections.’”

So, Putin is a people who chooses Sanders and Sanders will allow him -- for the SECOND election in a row. But if Putin gets him elected this time, Sanders will not let Putin help reelect him?

Just how dumb and self destructive are we supposed to be? Do you actually believe this scenario? If Sanders was going to stop Putin from using him to destroy Democrats and America, wouldn't that have been in 2015-2016 -- BEFORE he allowed Russia to use him to overset that election?

Russia’s interference on behalf of both Mr. Trump, the dominant force in the Republican Party, and Mr. Sanders, a stalwart of the left, underscores its efforts to sow chaos across the political spectrum. Undermining the democratic system remains at the core of Russia’s effort to raise its own stature by weakening the United States, according to current and former officials. Russia’s interference measures and their intensity remain murky, even as intelligence officials sound alarms.

Bda, I am tired of all the people who pretend they're not bizarrely helping Russia wage war on us. Whatever awful things may happen to them in the future if we can't save them from the consequences of their appallingly self destructive decisions will be no comfort to me.
