I'm assuming that Russia -- in order to assure tRump's re-election, is sure that Sanders as the Democratic nominee will be trounced by tRump in November.

I've read that GOPers in open primary states may be crossing over to vote for Sanders with the same expectation.

Has anyone told Sanders and his supporters????? Has anyone asked them about it?

Frankly the worst thing that could happen to the US is to have Sanders as the nominee -- and I say this as a very concerned Canadian. And for those of us outsiders, we cannot understand why a lifelong Independent was allowed to run as a Democrat. Was it because Sanders would have likely split the centre-left vote?

Open primaries are (IMHO) prime stupidity.
