Democratic Primaries

Just two tragedies from the past on a continuously shrinking list that Bernie and his supporters haven't been blamed for....yet.
Like it or not, Bernie is the favorite to win the primary right now. There's no other Democratic candidate here who has been as raked over the coals as Bernie has. What happens if Bernie wins the nomination? Will the pitchforks and torches finally be set aside, or are we destined to be confronted by posts engaging in Reagan-era red-baiting and thinly veiled accusations that Bernie is a Putin/Russian stooge and lickspittle right up until Election Day?
Just curious.

Putin is pulling tricks to help Bernie win the nomination because he thinks (and he is correct) that Bernie will be the easiest for Trump to beat in the fall.

(694 posts)church have responded to change. As society changes our institutions need to reflect that. The orthodoxy was challenged by the loss of the latin mass and other changes that many of the faithful were loath to accept. Unless you want an ever contracting pool of purists you have to morph with the times.
I believe Sanders positions on the urgency on the need for economic change challenges some of more moderate factions found in the large tent that is the democratic party. Sometimes it's easier to spot differences over similarities.
I'm behind our nominee. Lord I'm not keen on Bloomberg.

An effective leader is what we are looking for. If Bernie is IT, his supporters need to stop trying to defend and promote him as a martyr.

All they have to do is attend a rally and the magic will happen.
