Trump is going to lose, no matter who the Democrats nominate, that is, if the party will stay united behind its nominee and turn out to vote. Trump has his base. It will be good for about 58-60 million popular votes and maybe 200 electoral votes, maybe but I wouldn't count on it going that high. His job approval is only over 40 in "adjusted" polls that include the influence of "factors" like the economy, etc, in calculating the percentages. The polls that just use rolling data show him at less than 40. And that's job approval. There are people who approve of the job he's doing but who won't vote for him. I approved of George H.W. Bush back in '92, but I thought Clinton would do a much better job, and he did.

There's too much time between now and the election for the orange headed buffoon not to do more stupid things to lose votes, like pardoning Rod Blagogevich. That's gonna bite him. He won't be able to resist getting his russian collaborating buds out of jail, so he pardons Manafort and Stone. He's trailing all the Democrats still in the race by totals outside most polling's margin of error.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Voting machines that flip votes, the way the R’s always do it...and by Russia

We have no paper backup here in PA. The exit polls night of the election, nor any polls ahead of it ( including the night before) ever showed Trump within even 5 %.

Yet curiously he came out ahead...JUST ENOUGH to avoid a recount.

We have to articulate a modern version of what the party stands for relative to patriotism and what that means. We will be stronger for it. It will help us in November if we delineate how we differ from the Repugs and convince the public of those boundaries.

Do you want democracy, or do you want dictatorship? And candidate who can't draw that line in similar concept but softer words by November is not worth our time. We win by standing tall for democracy, the way our great Democratic presidents did.

They want our elections between Trump and a weak Democrat who can't win or who they can easily control if something goes wrong. That way they have something on both of them.

We need a strong candidate committed to actual democracy! Voting rights. FDR's four freedoms! Not running a sideshow for their own businesses, or an alternative form of government that only works well in small northern European countries. Actual Democracy!

...worrying way too much...Bernie has been vetted, many times,

...he was vetted only a couple nights ago, called for the ten thousandth time a 'Democratic Socialist' in front 20 million voters, yet the People keep coming...

...they keep coming to his rallies, they keep coming to his events, they keep supporting him financially and yes, they will keep voting for Bernie all the way to the Presidency...

...Socialist, Schmosalist, THE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!

...they LOVE Bernie...they know Bernie's as honest and steady as the day is long and is only offering policies and programs that most of the world has adopted and implemented and considers normal and acceptable...policies and programs a majority of Americans want and need...

...and they absolutely understand that trump's a slimy pathological liar and as crooked and corrupt as a 3 dollar bill...

...stop worrying, step back, think of what a President Sanders will accomplish and enjoy the ride...

...trust me, no problem, Bernie will do it...

63. The Republican Party will soon die as a national party

The youngest 40% of those eligible to vote favor Dems over Repubs by almost two to one. That is an overwhelming unprecedented margin. The young have low rates of voting but with time they become middle aged and vote. Pew has found these people are not growing more conservative as they age. Not at all. So Trump May win or he may lose but pretty soon the Republican Party will cease to be a national political party.

primary today, I would vote for:

that’s the country we deserve. We’ll have to fix it from the bottom up (which is what we should be doing more of anyway.)

And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Trump will hold all three branches of government the day after election day. What happens after that is anyone's guess, but I know one group who won't accept responsibility.

Dem party is committing suicide with this candidate if it happens. And they have changed little that caused the problems last time , caucuses, open primaries in several states, starting with the wrong states, a year of debates, debates during primaries, too many candidates, candidates who are not dems running and more. And allowing a divisive, non declared dem who attacks the party to run again.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
