I know 9 is less but it's got to be good compared to her total right?

in 18 days (a little over $520,000 per day).

Kamala raised $12 million over 70 days (a little over $170,000 per day).

I love Kamala. She’s a candidate I’m very interested in, but there is no profit in trying to sarcastically denigrate Beto’s astounding fundraising by comparison to Kamala’s fundraising when Beto is raising funds at over three times the rate as Kamala.

Let’s just be glad that Beto and Kamala (and Bernie and Pete) are all doing great in terms of fundraising, and let’s hope Elizabeth (and the rest of the Democratic field) catch up to those impressive fundraising yields.

7. You ignore that Beto raised 9 million in just 18 days, Harris took over 2 months for 12 million

It will all become apples to apples comparisons at the end of the next quarter ... except for Biden, since he still hasn't jumped in, yet.

That's very impressive for someone who hasn't run for president before... and who didn't have a "pre-made" following or a pre-existing database of emails.

He's hitting a home run on his own... he's not being bunted-in from third base and pretending it's a home run.

Good for him! He has a lot to be proud of, and so do his supporters and donors!

10. Well, yeah, but that's partially because Beto jumped in so late in the quarter

If you want to do accurate comparisons, take out the "first day" haul and then compare the rest of the time as a "per day" rate.

11. Beto O'Rourke raised $9.4 million in first 18 days of his 2020 presidential run,

O'Rourke's campaign emphasized the short window between his launch and the close of the year's first fundraising quarter -- noting that his average of $520,000 per day is the most any candidate has raised.

Much of that money has come in two short bursts: The first day of his campaign, during which he raised $6.1 million, and the final weekend of March, when he raised more than $1 million.

I was a first day donor to Beto and tried to give to him on Sunday but got my donation in after midnight and so that donation will count on next report.
