Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumI mailed a donation to Biden
Yes, mailed. I rarely use the Internet for financial transactions and "they" know. I do get solicitations form my senators , also from many senators and Senatorial candidates from other states.
I had it on the side of my desk, waiting for after IA and NH and realized that the letter said that a group of generous donors offered to match every gift received before Super Tuesday dollar for dollar up to $100,000 (that's above my ability).
So I did. We have to stop Sanders at all costs.

(47,521 posts)Democratic candidates including hoping for someone to primary challenge Obama in 2012.
A millionaire with three houses and, in 2016 waited for the last minute to release his one year tax return.
He did not rally his supporters to vote for Hillary in 2016 and, indeed, many stayed home or voted for Trump. After all, they appealed to the same so-called disenfranchised voters. Sanders never used the term "carnage" but the message was the same.
This country will never vote for a "Socialist" self described or otherwise, but if enough ill informed vote for him be ready for a second Trump, perhaps a third and a fourth term.
