you set the tone at your headquarters. If that had happened at any other candidate's headquarters the person at the mic or the person nearest the mic would have said loudly to stop and the crowd would have done so. Do you imagine for a minute that Warren's people would have permitted that behavior? or Amy's?

I am not condoning the behavior of his supporters. I am merely saying I understand it. The voters whom Sanders has energized are the future of the party and the centrists/moderates in the party (and here on DU) are relentless in trashing Sanders and his policies, which is effectively demeaning his supporters. Self-interest can be blinding to some but Bernie's policies would be good for America as a whole, especially for young Americans.

Buttigieg isn't running for top gay guy.
He is running for President.

Health care and the flaws in Buttigieg's plan have nothing to do with his sexuality that I can see.

I have seen and experienced homophobia. What happened to Buttigieg ain't it.

Supporter that posts some negative stuff about other candidates and spreads some rumors.

I comment on every post that we need to be unified and give facts about rumors.

I noticed she is being more careful about what she posts.

In case Bernie doesn’t win we need to keep all his voters, everytime I post I say something nice encouraging both our candidates.

I use to work with her and when its not campaign time all posts are great. We have to find a way past this to get along.
