We already know Yang and (probably) Bennett are gone, but there is no point for the rest of them to hang on.

I’m not saying I expect him to blow it out of the water, but he would be doing a disservice to himself and his supporters if he dropped out before even running in the states that are supposed to favor him.

and not wait for South Carolina. People let their ego get in the way of logic. Maybe Obama advised Biden that maybe he should think about running because Obama saw things shifting toward younger candidates. Even Bernie is pulling way below his 2016 numbers.

Is to dismiss people and places as not being “real”.

Republicans are good at that sort of thing - small towns are “real America” and big cities are not.

Regardless of whether Biden did well in the Iowa primary, I do believe that Iowa will once again be voting in the general election later this year. Maybe it’s not a good idea to allow disappointment to manifest as a form of bitter hostility, such as dismissing them as not “real” in some sense.

is a discriminatory system against those who have mobility issues, or cannot spend hours in a caucus hall

I suspect you are being sarcastic, but I think the caucus process should be eliminated to a primary process

One person, one vote, secret ballot, with the option to vote by mail

Thousands of delegates are needed. Let's stop this silly, jumping-the-gun. Iowa and NH don't define today's Democratic Party.

48 other states, and African-Americans/POC still get to help decide.

Biden should stay in through at least Super Tuesday. Nobody predicted that Biden would be strong in either Iowa or New Hampshire. It doesn't look like either Buttigieg or Klobuchar will have strong results in the Super Tuesday states (with the possible exception of Minnesota).
