Warren's Strategy going forward.

From what I read, it's to try and stay in the top three slots going forward, emphasizing that she is in the top tier with Sanders and Buttigieg. The idea is to gain separation between herself and Biden.

If the field thins and either Biden or Buttigieg ultimately become unviable, she wants to pick up a larger share of those voters.

Can she hang in there as the field thins out?

Time will tell.

But she can't finish worse than 3rd in NH if she wants a reasonable chance. A 2nd place finish would be better.

In any case, she needs to beat Joe in NH for this plan to have a chance of success.

primary today, I would vote for:

Would love to see the strategy pan out, but it seems unlikely.

Time will tell if that holds up.

It's possible that the race could collapse into a 2 person race between Sanders and Buttigieg, but Bloomberg complicates things.

If he draws too much support on Super Tuesday, he could prevent Pete from consolidating the moderate wing of the party.

If the race stays multicandidate with Sanders, Warren, Buttigieg and Bloomberg dividing up the voters, Warren has a chance to eventually become the consensus candidate out of that group.

Well, I hope so. lol

Warren has enough funding to make it through Super Tuesday. Nothing about her campaign going forward will be determined prior to that date. Joe, on the other hand, has serious funding problems, and if he doesn't win South Carolina, his campaign is in trouble. Ultimately, at this point, Warren is in a better position than Biden.
