He seems to be the king at recognizing an opportunity to act out of duty, doing something that transcends being a mundane service and turns into an uplifting experience for him, his constituents, and those of us who hear about it.

That, my friends, is a gift. A gift a former president with the initials BHO had boatloads of.

And like Obama, it starts with simply doing something ordinarily inconvenient---like staying late in the office when you're finished. And then just doing something ordinary out of duty opens the doors to an extraordinary event.
