Voters just to need to turn out and be able to persuade those voters whose candidates don't meet the threshold to their caucus.

Should he fail to command a string 1st place finish, my guess is things will start turning south of cheese for his campaign really fast.

Honestly, I'm surprised he's not doing much better given that IA and VT's demographics are so similar and that it's still a virtual tie. Doesn't really bode well, but we'll see what happens.
