Mnaufacturing Consent and Bernie Sanders

A bit dated now. It's three days old

But they make good points on the end game for how the Media treats Sanders.

It' about putting in the little doubt. You don't remember where it came from. But it "feels" true.

Previously the gripe was "media is ignoring Bernie."

Now that they are writing about Bernie because of Bernie's self-created stories, the gripe is "they are being negative about Bernie"

People should evolve from the cry-baby state and become mature. Only schizophrenics think the whole world is deliberately against them.

This was self-inflicted by Bernie. When Sen. Warren recalled the story, a smarter and more diplomatic politician would have said "I don't recall that, it was some time ago. It is possible that I thought so back then but I don't think that now." It would have blown over.

However, in his ego-driven zeal to not have any flaw attached to him whatsoever (gee who does that remind me of?) he essentially denied it and called Sen. Warren a liar. She had every right to set the record straight and expose Sanders' tactics. Most of the country except faithful devotees believe Sen. Warren. Too bad.

If I were Sanders, I’d be embarrassed by the daily conspiracy theories about the media pushed by my supporters.

After feeling smug that it would be a cakewalk for Sanders, they see the handwriting on the wall.

So all the lashing out as well as creating a narrative after the loss to explain it. Since it is unpalatable to accept that Sanders is just not liked by a vast majority of Democrats, they will make it someone else's fault.

"Bernie Sanders attacked by mainstream", superimposed over the footage of Warren challenging Sanders.

So now Warren is mainstream as far as Bernie apologists are concerned.

Interesting...
