Stop comparing M4A spending to war spending or tax cuts

I keep seeing the argument that the funding for M4A doesn't need to be explained because we manage to pay for thing like wars and tax cuts. That is fallacios for two reason. First off, those things have been paid for with deficit spending. The other significant difference is that wars and tax cuts are transitory. They can be reversed by a new administration. M4A cannot. If it is put in place, then there better be a guarantee that it will be funded forever, or the promise of free healthcare will have been a lie.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

The hope is that companies will pay the cost and refund the savings to employees. That's the real issue. But, there should be some cost, or the system will be filled with folks who go to the doctor every time they sneeze. Watch Doctor Foster (great series on Netflix) to see examples. Warning: it's an adults only series.
