Forty-seven percent of white voters viewed him favorably in that poll. Among those 18 to 24 years of age, 59 percent supported Sanders. But in the 65-plus age range, his support dropped 10 points, to 49 percent.

The margin of error on a small sample like that is close to +/- 19%
Drawing any conclusions about a subset of the total poll is meaningless. Any freshman statistician would say that.
