This is something I like about Buttigieg, a REAL Democrat: Jake Tapper just asked him...

...about Biden's positions and policies, essentially trying to get him to critique Biden. Buttigieg said, "I'll leave it to Biden to talk about his positions, but this is my position...."

Not an exact quote, I couldn't type it fast enough. But here was Tapper trying to get Buttigieg to criticize Biden and he wasn't having any of that. Had that been some other candidates he would have moved in for the kill.

That's what makes him appeal to a number of voters.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

He just ripped your guy way back in late Dec. 2019 for supporting the worst foreign policy decision in his lifetime but a few days later on the teevee he’s a team player so, Go Pete!

You’ve identified btw something that people actually don’t like about the guy.

his old gotcha game with Buttigeig and Warren this morning.

We need new media people, this elections isn’t about a talking head thinking he going to throw out shade to impress himself. Jake can retire, he brings nothing to the table.

and I think he’s smarter then a Jake, every day. It’s just that these same people don’t bother to stick it to Trump and his employees. I know Pete and Warren can handle themselves, jake just looks disrespectful. Ask the question, wait for the answer and stop trying to change the setting for your gotcha bs questions.

...than CNN. They decided months ago that the way to cover politics is like a sport...like Professional Wrestling in particular. The CNN debates by far have been the worst with their snide questions, and the next debate is a CNN one. Expect plenty of "Elizabeth Warren, tell us how Pete Buttigieg stinks" questions at the next debate.

Did you ever hear his answer on Late Term Abortion?

asked as the ultimate 'lose/lose' "Gotcha", and he flipped it like Nadia Comanche.

An interview with Fox "News"'s Chris Wallace:

Wallace pushed harder, asking if Buttigieg is fine with women having abortions late into the third trimester. The Democrat made it clear he was not going to take the bait, responding by saying such cases represent just 1% of abortions. The answer led to loud applause from the audience.

“So, let’s put ourselves in the shoes of a woman in that situation. If it’s that late in your pregnancy, that means almost by definition you’ve been expecting to carry it to term,” Buttigieg said. “We’re talking about women who have perhaps chosen the name, women who have purchased the crib, families that then get the most devastating medical news of their lifetime, something about the health or the life of the mother that forces them to make an impossible, unthinkable choice.”

He continued: “That decision [to have an abortion] is not going to be made any better, medically or morally, because the government is dictating how that decision should be made.”

If you missed this show, it will be rebroadcast at noon. I would guess that there would also be video eventually. (FYI, Pete comes on about 10 minutes into the hour, after Pompeo , and Warren and Schiff are interviewed after Pete).
