Warren up as Buttigieg fades in national polls

Elizabeth Warren's nationally polling numbers have turned around since a mid-quarter decline, as her chief critic Mayor Pete Buttigieg has fallen off considerably.

Biden 26%
Sanders 18%
Warren 16%
Buttigieg 7%

FYI: Mouse-ing over the Warren trendline shows the latest individual polls that are turning around her numbers. Mouse-ing over the Buttigieg trendline shows his pronounced drop in the individual polls also.

lol

She just raised 21.2 million with a nice late surge in fundraising too as the 4th quarter closed.

In fact, she just had her single BEST day of fundraising on December 31st -- getting 1.5 million dollars at the deadline!

Great job by Team Warren reminding us all to continue our support thru the holiday season.

6. Not according to The Economist and 538's more in depth trackers!
Fri Jan 3, 2020, 12:31 PM

Sure, according to RCP and their Harris X polls.

But the two more sophisticated polling aggregates show both Sanders and Warren on upswings too.

The Economist's Polling model show both Sanders and Warren up in the latest polls too. (Mouse over the trend lines for each candidate to see their latest poll results.)

538 now has THEIR polling tracker up, and it too shows Sanders on a big upswing and Warren starting to move back up also.

Butttigieg's decline is pronounced in both 538's and The Economist's polling models.

9. While I am happy to see Warren

back on the upswing in the polls, the only poll that REALLY counts is the actual vote.

Elizabeth has an excellent ground game. That will help with voter turnout.

I am also happy to see the $21.2. million raised in Q4. Although it is less than Q3, it shows that she still has lots of traction despite all the negativity consistently expressed by some here. After all, her fundraising wasn't that far behind Biden's in Q4.

I stated on DU over the weekend that I could see that she was well on track for the $20 million and that she might even make >$20 million. Perhaps that's a good sign for my future predictions, LOL.

What a great showing he is having. And the Real Deal Warren in a statistical tie for second. Makes me happy.
