Related: About this forumNo longer Mayor Pete?
Are there term limits? Or did he just decide not to run again?
I suppose, though, just as we sill refer to Vice President Biden,. He is still Mayor Pete?

(9,955 posts)... you get to keep your title. I thought. I know presently deranged Mayor Ghouliani keeps his mayor title. Most people refer to ex-politicians as their last title, if the retire from politics. So Hillary was called "Secretary Clinton" instead of "Senator Clinton". Sometimes a previous title becomes part of a name, and people break from tradition, like saying "General Eisenhower" even after he became President.
