Now we have to get the candidates on the same page and not only unite the Democratic party but widen the tent so that it will hold the 60% of the electorate who won't support Trump in November. This needs to be an electoral beating that will drive the willful ignorance and "partisanship over patriotism" out of the Republicans. That will require making active Democratic voters out of those who stay away from the polls on election day.
