Who is to decide which Congressional supeonas are lawful or not?

Aren't they all lawful? Trump is claiming the 71 supeonas issued against him were invalid too.

I am baffled why Biden even made the statement that he would not comply with a supeona from the Senate.

Biden says he wouldn't comply with Senate subpoena in Trump impeachment trial

Joe Biden said in an NPR interview published on Monday that he would not comply if the U.S. Senate subpoenaed him during its impeachment trial of President Donald Trump.

and the courts are hopefully not stacked enough to allow Dotard a subpoena of someone without relevant testimony. No court allows far fetched evidence that has nothing to do with the issues being tried. Dotard is acting like a child, and so are his supporters and enablers.

Trump wants him there just to divert attention from his wrongdoing, to complicate the proceedings and to allow the GOPers to try to damage Biden's reputation. Biden has nothing to offer that's relevant to whether Trump did what the House said he did or whether he should be removed from office. He is not a percipient witness.

equivalency. The senate had put Clinton on trial, unfairly, but nonetheless she was being tried so she defended herself.

In this case, it is Trump who is to be tried on impeachable acts, to which Biden was not a witness. If they want to try Biden, let them try him. Of course, that’s what they want to do.

He is not only politically and legally correct to challenge a subpoena, he is morally right to do so.
