MSNBC, CNN, and C-Span are ALL showing Gillibrand's rally...

...outside trump International Tower on CPW. No view or estimate of the crowd yet.

I haven't seen many rallies from start to finish on any networks.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Is the candidate running for anything, or just against trumpft? Either way, once more trumpft is in the news coverage.

If she were at some random "great place for a Sunday afternoon" would all the networks be covering it?

BTW, I thought it was very effective to give her speech at that location, and I loved what she said:

Look up at that tower - a shrine to greed, division and vanity. And now look around you. The greater strength, by far, is ours. The power lies within us.”

I agreed with everything she said, from calling climate change an existential threat and endorsing the green new deal, to calling Trump a coward. The content was progressive and she delivered it with passion.

Her choice of location - Trump Tower - was a good political move.

KG isn't popular on DU among those who blame her for Franken's political demise, but she has been a consistent, strong leader on women's issues, e.g., sexual assault in the military.

Plus, she has the record among senators for voting against Trump most often.

What happened to Senator Franken, he did to himself. And dozens of Democrats felt he needed to resign. To put all of this on Senator Gillibrand is ludicrous.
