He talks about Joe’s infrastructure, education, and green energy plan, his legislative success with gun control, and his leadership qualifications, but also points out how Joe’s resiliency in the face of personal struggle will give added strength to a Biden presidency. Definitely “No Malarkey“ about Mayor Dillon!
