I really don't get the reasoning behind his reticence. I personally don't think there's anything there, so it doesn't make any sense. It just makes it more difficult for Dems to push for Trump's without looking a bit hypocritical.

It's all a bit...odd. If I had to guess, he won't release them this time, either, unless he wins the nomination. Just a wild guess, though.

Wife worked for the failed college. I want no October surprises in a general. What is the reason he wont release them all? We can't demand Trump's taxes and run a candidate who hasn't released his taxes.

Not releasing speech transcripts bad, not releasing taxes good. "It must be a fantastic speech, a brilliant speech which you would want to share with the American people. It must be Shakespearean!" But who cares about taxes, that's different.

He's "written-off" the voters who care about ethics, and the voters who care whether a candidate is honest. The entire attitude of the BS campaign has just been so insulting to the American voters (as well as to the other candidates).

Earlier, I saw someone's post who suggested that no candidate should be allowed on the debate stage if they have not yet released their full tax returns (ten years worth, perhaps?)

That sounds like an EXCELLENT idea to me! Why should we even be WASTING OUR TIME with ANY candidate who isn't serious enough about honesty and transparency? He (or she) can just sit quietly on the sideline until he (or she) decides to show their full tax returns.

Look, I don't care if the candidate is rich enough to be a part of the 1%. I want to know WHERE the money is coming from. I want to see that the taxes have been paid, in full and on time. I want to know what the deductions and write-off's are. I want to know WHERE the money is being saved and invested (domestically, or in one of those "off shore tax havens&quot .

American DESERVE to know the truth.
