(42,862 posts)So that when he goes on The View he can be introduced as: "former Democratic Presidential candidate".
He's less than a "long shot". He knows it. We all know it. It's just a vanity campaign to boost his ego.
But I do hope that he's able to register a LOT of new Democratic voters. I hope he doesn't use this as some opportunity to "settle scores" with the Democratic party by smearing and denigrating the party every opportunity he gets. I don't the he will, actually... but I know that it has happened (and continues to happen).

(35 posts)Definitely seems to be the worst or at least close out of all the candidates so far.
In the extreme unlikelihood he wins the nomination I'll still vote for him in the general of course as he's still better than Trump but I have faith we'll be getting someone a lot better.
At least he's not running as an independent and being a potential spoiler for Democrats - yet. Hope it stays that way. So I guess I'm glad on that part at least.
