Guess which word I think is unusual in a "want ad."

One of the best parts of my job running this committee is working to build out the Pete for America team.

Over the next few weeks, my number one priority will be making sure we're staffing up in the smartest ways possible here in South Bend and in states across the country. We need creative, kind, and smart folks with diverse backgrounds and experiences to help build our outreach programs and better engage supporters and volunteers.

To help facilitate this, we just updated our job board. Take a look, and please apply if you think your experiences match up with what we're looking for right now:

Not interested in a full-time gig with Pete for America? The vast majority of people won't be, so we certainly understand. You can still help make sure we're building a strong team. Please consider:
Sharing the job board with you network.
Donating to help build an organization that can compete.
Signing up to help in a volunteer capacity.
This won't be the last opportunity to apply for a full-time role -- we're just getting started.
Thank you for helping us build something special here in the heart of America.

allow me to proceed without filling in "Join Pete" contact info. Often just clicking somewhere on the slogan/picture or something on the upper left will allow visitors who aren't ready for that to continue on to learn about the candidate. And of course check out the job board. Clicked away but didn't find the magic spot.
