Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumOne question, if David Sirota had nothing to hide, why did he scrub all his past twitter posts?

(18,305 posts)So what is "reality" now that Sirota has been exposed as a political operative? Coincidental autodeleting or deliberate scrubbing in an attempt to clean up the mess?

(31,261 posts)pretty much everyone else releases multiple years of theirs soon after they enter the race. If Bernie has boring tax returns as he claims, there should be no issue with releasing them.

(31,261 posts)There were over 20,000 tweets, but 200 somehow met conditions for the "auto deleted" not to delete them. Wow!!!

(81,566 posts)There had to be human intervention. He may have used a tool like this:

(58,785 posts)The screaming temper tantrums by Democratic Party operatives whenever reporters scrutinize a lawmakers voting record is something to behold. These people quite literally hate democracy.
At another point, he said his critics are deranged and/or running a deliberate disinfo campaign. Positively unhinged, he wrote about them a separate time.
Democrats literally hate democracy and are unhinged. Then Sanders took the Democratic Party pledge. Then Sirota was OUTED to have been a Sanders operative when he said this. THEN he raced to delete 20,000 tweets.

(52,166 posts)Sirota is out and out lying (no there is no autodeleter that deleted 20k posts). It is absurd. Sirota is a high ranking employee of Sanders now and is not only an attack dog but a liar as well.

(6,073 posts)Posts of him and his bowling league. Posts of his wife running and winning as a Democrat in the Colorado Legislature. More interesting to me because Bernie endorsed her. Posts decrying fracking and fossil fuels influence on politics, local and national. His calls for action on climate for his children's sake and extreme concern about the limited time left. I remember him from the early days at Air America where he was a regular guest on Al Franken's show. I found his posts as mostly informative. I found his passion to be real.
