(1,713 posts)Both these individuals have to be two of the biggest disappointments Ive seen in a long, long time. I would support both due to thier youth and brass but just shocked at thier inability to catch on.

(112,196 posts)Those demographics don't seem consistent with the overall population of voters. I don't have a lot of faith in this poll.

(34,857 posts)I can't find national exit polling data but looking at state data from 2016:
In the Iowa Caucus, 50% of Democratic voters had a college degree.
In New Hampshire, it was 60% of Democratic voters who had a college degree.
In Florida, it was 48%.
In Illinois, it was 53%.
In Massachusetts it was 67%.
In Alabama, it was 51%.
So, I'd wager while maybe a tad high - it's not terribly so when you average out the whole country.

The Suffolk poll randomly selected a group of well-educated respondents.

(34,857 posts)You'd want the demographics to align more with past elections than just the nation overall so it's an accurate representation of things.

(112,196 posts)but the sample in this survey includes independents and Republicans also. I was looking at some the other responses on the survey and it seems like there is a conservative bias that isn't consistent with other polls.

(42,862 posts)Our party's nominee will be EITHER, Biden or Warren. It will not be BS. He's just too far behind. He doesn't have the support (obviously) and those who do support him aren't diverse enough to be able to win him any states beyond Vermont, or New Hampshire (and similar).
Biden isn't my first choice, but between the two likely nominees, I hope it's him. I'll happily support Warren or any other Democrat who wins as well.

(21,568 posts)and I'm not talking about the Dem candidate stuff.
drumpf has the highest favorable and lowest unfavorable rating of any of the things they asked about (besides Pence)
That's despite there being 5% more dems in the poll than rethugs.
Drumpf is leading the Dem nominee about 2.4% and 9.8% are saying third party!!!!!!!!!!!
46% approve of drumpf's job performance.........
i hope this poll isn't accurate because these numbers are BAD for us.
