Biden is milking his announcement.

I had stated before that I was leery about Joe Biden. The reason has nothing to do past political actions. I have stated that I would not get into it because he has not announced yet. I believe that the reason he is delaying it might be the same reason.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I do not mind him milking his announcement.

Make it dramatic.

I do like all of our candidates to some degree, except Bernie.

I don't think he will because his coverage will drop off. It's so far out right now. He isn't missing a thing. He is benefiting from how he is going about this.

I also think the announcement is coming soon, given the hints he’s dropped in the last several days.

A politician, entering a political campaign, for the potus, is being political. Gaming the system to his advantage. A ploy any candidate could do themselves. The resulting speculation, conversation, and media watching of his candidacy will surely bring unwarranted advantages to him.

Who would have thunk it?

Are you f'ing kidding me? That's like criticizing pelosi for actually being effective.

If it helps dems get through the primary season faster, I'm all for it. He isn't my first choice, but I'm not going to ding him for using actual strategy during a campaign.

before making an important entry. Of course, he's "milking" as you put it. If the electorate were more informed than impressionable and the press more principled than corrupted by need to sell stories, they wouldn't have to carefully plan all this stupid posturing.

But they do. Our presidency will ultimately go to the person who's the more effective posturer. Pathetic, but that's our fault, not theirs. Except Trump -- he was born to posture and is extremely good at it. Whatever, they all have no choice but to work with the electorate they have.

fundraising will likely not be a problem regardless of what the media claims.

There's really no reason for him to rush in. I think people might be overthinking this.

He may not run and I don’t see why he needs to commit to if he hasn’t made that choice.

It’s not like the party has a request of candidates to decide by a certain point.
