50 million isn't that much but 3% on 100 million is absurd. I think they'd survive.
I don't know how these people can go on TV and say that with a straight face.

He said to me that no matter how much or how little money one has, they will always have money problems.

He didn't seem to comprehend that those who have little money face survival issues whereas those with lots of green are simply moving their money around in order to lower their taxes or other obligations.

$50 million could do a lot of positive things for a good number of deserving folks.

And bow-tie guy can go fuck himself.

if that brutal 3% tax were to actually smother your net worth below the $50 million dollar mark then you are safe, with a net worth allowing a fantastic and luxurious life on the interest alone. Only if you "accidentally" came by several more million dollars of wealth would it ever affect you again.
