He didn't seem to comprehend that those who have little money face survival issues whereas those with lots of green are simply moving their money around in order to lower their taxes or other obligations.
$50 million could do a lot of positive things for a good number of deserving folks.

(3,268 posts)if that brutal 3% tax were to actually smother your net worth below the $50 million dollar mark then you are safe, with a net worth allowing a fantastic and luxurious life on the interest alone. Only if you "accidentally" came by several more million dollars of wealth would it ever affect you again.
