the international stage (let me rephrase that, our fundamentally dominant flaw) I’m all for Gravel coming out of the sandpit to join the party..

attention to him in the past. Did some reading. Yeah, he is kind of whacky. But from what I can tell, he doesn’t seem to have much of a support base and probably won’t be highly visible?

Anyway, it was the “imperialism” thing that triggered me. I feel pretty strongly about that and have for a long time. I believe in defense, but not empire.
