...I don't get this OP.

Project Veritas is awful.

But the video in the OP doesn't say anything about Project Veritas... in fact it does not have anything about her using any video at all. What's this supposed to be about? Am I missing something?

I'm fine with people not liking Gabbard, or any candidate. What bugs me is just gratuitous slams without basis in fact, about any candidate. To me, logical reasons to not like a candidate are fine. Illogical reasons like just a gut feeling of not liking someone are also fine. But making up lies or using accusations that are clearly contradicted by facts is not fine. About any candidate. And for some reason, Gabbard seems to draw a bunch of those.

In this thread, people are using the OP as an opportunity to knock Gabbard, seemingly assuming Peltz' tweet and Vigeland's retweet are true, without (as far as I can see) any evidence to support the assertion. Again, maybe I am missing something? Or maybe someone accidentally attached the wrong clip? I'm not going to claim TG did not use a VP video, I have no idea, I just haven't seen that accusation supported by facts, so I would not automatically assume it is true. Being taken by misinformation that counts on people believing things they want to believe is not a phenomenon that only happens on the right.

Don't know about her individually, she's erratic and unpredictable, and Russia uses her, so hard to peg except that she definitely does not represent my values or goals.

But whenever you see a Democrat who gives the party a bad name, it's probable that person is not liberal by personality or by the ideology that personality leads to. Sure, some may be liberal flakes or those prone to extremism whose attitudes have thus become illiberal, or some other goulash of personality traits acting out, but others are conservatives of various sorts who pose as liberal to get elected but simply don't believe in liberal principles and goals. And some are too undisciplined to stick to the pose well enough to make a career of it.

I actually don't like outsiders trying to interfere in local elections. But in addition to all her other behaviors that don't exactly make her an asset to the Democratic Party, she receives Russia's support without denouncing it and changing whatever she's doing that their intelligence services think makes her useful to them.

I knew you were talking about Tulsi.

Yup, she is NOT a Dem.

She is a plant like Jill Stein.

From what I understand of Hawaii election rules, she cannot run for two offices at once. So, unless she pulls out of the Presidential race, she cannot run/defend her US Congressional seat.

She could be out of a job when all is said and done.
