If Biden pushed for a tougher prosecutor, wasn't that despite potential risk to his son?

For example, this link discusses that.

So instead of just saying Trump and Giuliani are wrong and full of crap, couldn't we also say that the exact opposite of what they are saying is true?

They just want to draw people into their ridiculous conspiracies, muddy the real criminal accusations against themselves, and deflect the blame anywhere they can

And he was doing NO investigation. So Biden wasnt stopping anything. Nothing was happening.
